Our multifamily services are for anyone living in apartments, condos, or townhouses. We want to make sure everyone in Bellevue knows about their non-drive-alone transportation options, including public transit, vanpool/carpool, biking, and walking.

We are a program of the City of Bellevue and therefore all of our services are free.

We can work with property managers to bring an event to multifamily complexes which will last 2-3 hours in which we and our transportation and sustainabilty partners will offer free information to residents and provide games and giveaways for all ages!

We can also provide information to property managers about the ORCA Multifamily Development Passport program that could provide all residents with an ORCA card.

For Residents

We would love to come create an event for everyone at your complex!

  • We can set up tabling with partners so you can ask your travel and sustainability-related questions to the experts
  • We provide information on affordable and low-cost transportation programs
  • We provide pre-loaded ORCA cards through our Try Transit program
  • We will provide customized travel training based on your location
  • There will be games, giveaways, and pizza!

Once we have enough people requesting our visit to your complex, we will set up the event with your property manager. Fill out the request form today!

If your property manager gives you a Multifamily Development ORCA Passport card, it can take you so many places! Ask your property manager if they offer the card.

For Property Managers or Property Developers

We look forward to working with you to provide your residents with an educational and fun event that is completely free for you and your residents! Just give us a date that works for you, and we will do the rest, including sending you the digital marketing kit, complete with all the language you can use for newsletters, etc., to let the complex know about the event. Our goal is to educate Bellevue residents about transportation options beyond driving alone.

Our events include:

  • We can set up tabling with partners so you can ask your travel and sustainability-related questions to the experts
  • We provide information on affordable and free transportation programs
  • We provide pre-loaded ORCA cards through our Try Transit program
  • We will provide customized travel training based on your location
  • There will be games, giveaways, and pizza!

We can also give you more information about the ORCA Multifamily Development Passport.
