Employers in Bellevue already offer an array of commute benefits to their employees. Approximately 75 Bellevue employers offer the FlexPass transit pass/commute benefits package. Of the larger companies with peak-hour commuters, approximately 80 percent offer a transit subsidy in some form. Other programs offered by these employers include vanpool subsidy (70%), ferry subsidy (28%), bike/walk incentives (55%), priority parking for carpool/vanpool ((50%), bicycle racks (77%), compressed work week (53%), flextime (80%), telecommuting (65%), guaranteed ride home (78%), and internal ridematching (42%).
