Compare the cost of retail transit passes to the cost of the FlexPass program. In downtown Bellevue, a first-year FlexPass program costs $100 per employee.  In areas outside of downtown Bellevue, a first-year FlexPass program costs $60 per employee.  An employer must purchase FlexPass for all of its employees.
