The last day for in-person commute planning assistance at Commuter Connection is November 18, 2011

Launched in September 2008, this facility served as a central, one-stop location for commute resources and assistance with commute planning. However, levels of activity did not meet initial expectations, and funding for operations eventually had to be scaled back.

Commute Assistance

Anyone wishing to obtain assistance with commute planning may submit a request online.

The TransManage office, located at 400 108th Avenue NE, Suite 110, is also available between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily to answer in-person commute questions from members of the public.

Bike Parking

The Commuter Connection store also houses secure, indoor bike parking available on a paid membership basis. Member access to the bike parking will remain in operation until early January 2012.

For your future bike parking needs, there are approximately 60 public outdoor bike racks located throughout downtown Bellevue, a map of which can be found here. If you do not have secure access to bike parking at your worksite, we encourage you to speak to your Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC), HR manager and/or building manager about having bicycle racks installed. Cascade Bicycle Club is available as a resource for employer best practices with regard to bicycle parking.
